It wasn't easy for a female author to do a main male character. It's tough for me to handle six female characters but I seem to be doing fine.
Heh, boy brains are weird and girl brains are weird too. Oh well, everyone's weird in a way and other.

True, very true. We all have our quirks, girl or boy. I have a cousin who was tough and tomboyish, and another cousin who was quite shy and quiet, like a girl.

I remember GIJoe and Heman cartoons but no captions on them. The only cartoons I ever had seen with captions in 1980s were Smurfs, ThunderCats and Inspector Gadget. I did saw original Voltron and Transformers.

I really loved the original Voltron anime! I keep hearing that there's supposed to be a new movie based on it, but they are going through some legal issues with the station that showed it and the creator I guess. Why do businesses have to be so damn stubborn. Ah well, money I guess. I do remember ThunderCats. I had just a bit of a crush on Lion-O. The Smurfs...I don't know, they kind of freaked me out with how wore no shirts, and they say "smurf" so much, no matter what they were talking about. My brother wanted to dress up as Inspector Gadget one time for Halloween. Oh the 80's...how I miss you.

I still have some of those original Voltron toys like the Lion castle. They had metallic toys, but they were recalled due to mercury content.
Thundercats OH! Oh, I somehow hit a wrong signal and summonded the Thundermice!
Smurfs were an European creation.

Yep, and right there they are just wrapping up the CGI movie version of The Smurfs. Should be fun. I do remember the mice, they were so cute!

Yeah, I've seen some of the early concept of it. It's just about done now...it's in post-production I believe, the clean-up.
