love the sleepy-kitten, Carija! Nice grab-shot captured moment. Shallow DOF (depth of field) is OK, even if Garfield's face is out of focus...maybe something more like an f/4 would have helped, more so than a wide-open f/1.8, which would have forced a slower shutter speed.

It was pretty dark in that room, and I was happy about every little bit of light I could get. And it was a bonus, that with a high shutter speed I could get all of little Garfield's movements with least blurr
But otherwise, you are right
