Hey Veronica,
I actually hand-made them by using a standard round brush and made many of these mark makings, after this I duplicated the layer and inverted it and bevel and embossed it and set the layer to a blending mode (can't remember which one now). I then flattened this layer and scaled it accordingly, then I duplicated it and erased it in so it blended well
