Do you know how to make characters and completely delete the background so there's only the character that is the picture?

And do you mean the chibi adopt or the sketch? 

My description for the chibi adopt is on my profile where the comments are You remember the kangaroo/ wolf? And btw I want it to have a furry kangaroo-ish face with a tongue which is like a very thick version of a snake tongue, And it needs to be dark pink with white spots

oh shiz sorry and you mean using like photoshop or something?

if so sorry I aint so good at doing that but try looking up tutorials on cropping or cutting out stuff from an image?

I'm totally confused by this! When you find a pic on deviantartart where the character is the whole picture! I tried to do tutorials yesterday almost the whole day and for some reason when I was done cropping and saved, a background appeared... I was pretty angry...
