Well, Lilith is a Jewish legend that relates back to the evil spirit that originated in Canaanite and Mesopotamian folklore, and that is said to infest desolate places. The demon attacked women in childbirth, and amulets were devised to give some kind of protection from its influences and those of other evil spirits of the lilû. So it's the myth of pagans lands that affected the Jewish culture. In the Christian Bible, there is no mention of this myth.

Well, you have any idea how many nights i spent glued to the wall in my bed when i was a kid, it was the boogieman that got me this way, well the male version of baba yaga that is. And i saw that on the tv in a show for "goodnight children" I mean what a sick puppy was the guy to play this as a goodnight story for children night after night... Male version of baba Yaga stealing kids from under the bed and carrying them in her dusty old raggy bag to do only she knows what.....**** this dude

Holy (no pun) Moly!!! This is incredible. I'm guessing going from the title this is an alternate version of Eve from the Garden of Eden? Guessing that from the name, the Cross behind her, the snakes (although I can't figure out the significance of three of them rather than one, brain isn't working well today hehe) and 2 hourglasses perhaps depicting two paths in time. Also I have noticed one of her horns is broken, is this a nod to Satan's other name, Little Horn? What is the Latin script on the banners? Would love to know what it means. All in all a masterfull piece and I also like how you have made the top half of the picture full of light and the bottom dark. I can't tell whether she's descending into hell or being redeemed unto heaven. I don't think that needs an explanation though. Finally the very furthest background I have noticed it looks like the inside of a churches stained glass window, is it perhaps Notradamé?
