Description
So far we walk, down a path writ in silverNeither pain nor love ignored, our stories not for us to tell
Because is on my eyes the only story to be told
A saddened tree sees all, as the raven watches
How many times will we pay this hooded skull his coin of gold
To cross the Stygian Lake of our own misfortune
Our stories now writ in blood, a blackened feather falls
Our duty clear, and yet, covered in the fog of time
The sanctity in our hearts, destroyed by deception
A battlefield drenched in sorrow, our swords crossed
Spendthrift rolling stones at each other
Will love be enough for our redemption, confession not for us
A tapestry of lies, woven in the threads of destiny
A single tear falls, as we're already lost...

Very beautiful! Those eyes are wonderful, they remind me of cat eyes with their golden shimmer. Her lips are to die for, especially with the peircing.

Yes, I know what you mean. I think that 90% of the working time on this piece went to precisely those 2 features. Especially the eyes. I placed 2 light sources from behind them to make them appear like that. I'm glad you like it.
