Huh, I thought she was just a demon. I mean, I knew Lula was a succubus, but it didn't mean that Giselle had to be. To be specific, on pg 7 "Succubus" it seemed like Giselle didn't even know what a succubus was, so she couldn't have been born one (also consider the fact that there is no butler now and that Giselle now has a crush on Jesus instead of Father MacGuire). There are two possibilities: a. this is much later in the storyline or b. this is an alternate time-line created from Carlos not giving a shit.
