Nice clean lines. Her face looks really great, especially the eyes.
My critique is on her legs. While I'm sure it IS possible to stand that way . . . if you're a ballerina . . . a regular person just wouldn't do it. She'd probably fall over with all of her weight being in the front.
Also, the way that her feet are facing off to the opposite side of the picture, while her upper half is facing the audience makes it even more awkward.
In and of themselves the top half of her and the bottom half look really great, but they just don't look like they go together.

This is really nice. I'd love to see a colored version of this.
I'd also like to see a Spider-man webbing in the BG with some hearts or something.
The back is a little awkward to me. I haven't done this pose before but it just seems like her arch needs to be higher. Did you have a model for this pose? Her back just seems really straight.
The angle of her feet are really nice! I love the points. makes you feel like she's coming out at you into the foreground.

this is really good, every inch.
the facial features are well drawn and composed, i like the anatomy but haven't quite made my mind up about the angle of the left foot :s yet i love the calves and shape of the feet, not too pointy or funny like in a lot of comics. the shape of the breasts and cleavage looks great too.
