Description Another drawing I did in my art class...In pen and ink. It's 15"x15", abouts.

My great grandfather was a photographer for the Japanese Imperial army during WWII, in China. A lot of his photos were confiscated by the government upon his return to Japan, but we found many pictures of the Chinese landscape and people. I drew another one of his photos before, two years ago: [link]

We don't know exact times or locations, but we think the photo was taken somewhere in central/southern China, in the late 1930's.

The bottom right corner is sloppy. I'll make it look not crappy tomorrow, but I don't know when/if I'll get a picture up.

I was planning on watercoloring this, but silly me realized halfway through: "...that would be a bad idea." So, it's staying the way it is

So that's why it looks different than the others... it's in pen! I really like the scenery here... I don't think it makes much of a difference, it still looks like it's in mech pencil XD Which is good!

i kinda agree with your choice to not watercolor it... maybe get a copy of it and then water color the copy
it looks fantastic
