Description I made this based in an old chinese writting. The words are in a wider context but it seemed to me quite interesting the fact that these 4 letters are toghether in a row. Since I dont know chinese I can´t get the whole sense of it but translating each idiogram we have the words:FESTIVAL, LICOR, SECRET and WRITTING.
I began to practice formally SHODO just 10 years ago and I was planning to make my own SENJIMON (the writting of 1000 letters) but I was too busy as usual. The smaller an thinner letters are in kana. So I´m submitting this to celebrate my anniversary as shodouka.

Being someone who spent far too much time doing calculus last year, I can't help but notice that "sake" includes the Greek letter "pi."  I know that there's no relation, but still.  It's interesting.

Very well done!

It might be, some japanese letters are similar to arab ones.

Interesting.  I suppose...  There might not be too much distance between...  I'm sure the Chinese and Arabs influenced each other, and then the Chinese influenced the Japanese, so there might be a legitimate connection.  This is all very interesting...

A secret message that was written during a drinking party... kidding! I wonder what it means. The 2 letters on the left 秘書 means a secretary... but it doesn't seem to fit with 祭 & 酒.

Beautiful writing, by the way!

The whole sentence is 子祭酒秘書監司州大中正使, but knowing this I understand less. Thanks for you kind comment!!

Ok... yes, it's actually more confusing when you see the whole sentence.

You're very welcome

I liked this one so much, sensei! It has an antique feeling somehow. ^^
