It seems a good number of the links you have posted (such as Mark's Pixel Art Basic Tutorial, Granny's List, and both of the Famicon VX/ACE sprite generators) are broken. You might want to either remove them or find out where they went to.

okay i have been searching for a week for hetalia sprites for my game i cant find any to ask and when i test it its made for XP not XV and i cant create them on the sprite maker cuz there is some characters i cant make like italy i cant let him have his little curl cuz its not on there i dont have time to find them and test to see if they work i need to make my own can someone give me another thing or tell me where i can make hetalia sprites so i can use it for my game ugh i am so stressed SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME

Go to there we have the submissions of the members AND links to external resources. There are plenty of Hetalia characters all over the internet, maybe you just don't know how to look for them? How are you going about it, just typing names on google?

no im typing things like hetalia sprites for VX or just sprite creator but the ones you have are just for XP not VX i tested it and i was gonna ask if i could use it before i got you or anyones permission on anything idk what im doing wrong

In any case, you can use these graphics in RPG Maker XP, VX and MV, you just need to adjust the position of each frame and size of the panels for each version. So you are indeed doing something wrong on your part, which is just natural if you started using the program not long ago. I don't have the time to explain all the details, but make sure you know how to install new custom graphics properly in your project! I am pretty sure you don't know how to name the files to let the program know what kind of graphics they are, or how much space you need to leave between frames for them to be recognised by the program, and other stuff you need to take into consideration. Start by learning the basics, read the manuals (not necessarily all of them, just the parts you need at the moment) and google or comment on the RPG Maker official forums when you still have questions.

If you need a bigger character then scale them up proportionately from there." Pixel art is just images like any others, you can create them with all and any image creation programs. In my case I use Photoshop, but before I had it I was using Paint Shop Pro and much before that, just MS Paint.

nm i learned how to resize with paint and put it on png with for some reason a $ in front of it but thxs for the help can i use your sprites i promise ill credit you in the credits

Yes, like I explained, the way to name your files tells the program what kind of graphics they are supposed to be, that's why you have to put a $ or a ! or other symbols there! And yes you can use the sprites if proper credit is given ^^

It's not free software you have to buy it. You can use a free trial for some time though. It's in their official web.

Change Actors? Go to the database, click on the actors tab, an double click on the character graphic (you'll see the little default sprite in the box).

Hey CarmenMCS, I am Hetalialover240. I am currently working on a Hetalia RPG on RPGmaker VX ACE and I was wondering if you can make a few sprites that I can't find anywhere:
-Italy(North and South)
-Chibitalia
-Russia
-Germany
-Austria
-China
-Holy Roman Empire
-Grandpa Rome
I have searched everywhere that I can and never found any sprites that would work on RPGmaker vx Ace. If you could make them that would be great. Thanx

I already made Russia (must be somewhere in my gallery) as for the others, I won't be making them sorry. However, there are plenty of Hetalia characters for VX and Ace in that list -one of the reasons I won't be making more in Ace or XP formats, although the main reason is because I am too busy and want to use my little free time for personal projects-. All of those you need are there in the list for sure, I know it because we've used them before. Take a better look ;D
