Sivak Draconians are something I draw quite a few times a day. They're from Dragonlance. I don't know why I decided to give him that particular color shorts but they look snazzy.This particular Sivak is shirtless because today is a muggy day.

The pants i agree are quite snazzy as you say. In fact, they almost seem like professional boxing shorts, and the fact that he is sitting on a stool could possibly make one believe he is in a boxing ring- which is also cool
