As you should be very proud of it, the image quality is outstanding!
Like the details, and the finest details are visible here - I mean, from the curves of the bridge to the architecture of the cathedral. The lighting also... perfect. You've got the seperate lighting of each structure, and then actually a blue sky instead of one filled with orange from city lights, which is a very rare sight so props to you there as well.
Composition wise, don't think this could've been any better. Perfect amount of the washed over foreground from the water, and the clear sky again looks stunning. One of my favourite night shots as of recent. Ahh, before I forget - mind my asking what DRI is?

I actually ventured over to his page as well to see more stunning night work from the both of you using DRI and was so inspired, I spent the better part of yesterday evening, yeh 6 odd hours, working it all out and I'm SO excited to go give it another shot this evening!
