Pigalle and the Moulin Rouge, its lights, the strange chaos and mood of this part of Paris..(Ok, I'm not totally convinced of this shot. I tried to shoot at the Moulin in a "non conventional" way, trying to express the atmosphere of this place. Dunno if I got it. Damn!

I enjoy that the "Metropolitain" sign is what grabs my attention first. That it is a photograph of really famous landmark / attraction seems almost an afterthought, which is brilliant. You really draw attention to the atmosphere of its neighborhood like this, putting the Moulin Rouge in its fuller context. It gives viewers a little more of the experience of actually visiting the site, and not just receiving a postcard of it (which is basically the experience delivered by a full-on frontal shot).
My only real suggestion here would be to maybe crop the right side in a little. There's a margin of unnecessary space there that could be eliminated and might make the whole composition a little stronger.

I really like it, but... The watermark sort of detracts from the piece. The fade at the bottom is beautiful, but the mark obscures it.

If you moved it up into the whitespace in the upper left, it would fit a lot better. It's still not croppable, because the upper right of the image is definitely a part of it, so your work is safe, but the image itself isn't as distracted by its inclusion.
