Lately I've been much inspired by the amazing artist: I find her use of color just gorgeous so I wanted to try the technique she uses of painting in grayscale first then adding color. She has a very helpful tutorial here:[link] This was such a great learning experience for me! It takes a minute to get your head around adding the colors in blend modes but I really think i like it.

When I used to colour other people's works I tried using a technique that was sort of like that. I really liked it.
