Character: Lapis Lazuli from Steven Universe

Sooooo, after some eternities of inactivity I can finally upload cosplay pictures again. Dammit! '<´
This cosplay should have been rather simple but it turned out to be a massive headache.
I tried three kinds of body painting, spent around 200 € on colour alone and only on my third try was successful. The wig had three styling attempts as well. It is not very easy to decide on a definite hairdo for cartoon characters such as Lapis. I chose a more Pearlish style and form and some may dislike it but I think at least at Lapis' first appearance it is what it looks like.
To add a last thing to my whining - it was a trial to find the right stockings to match my body paint and I spent a fortune on those too.

Aside from all this mess I am very happy to have had an opportunity to portray this character especially since I had the most beautiful bara Jasper to accompany me and live out my Jaspis feels. (The only pairing I am heavily obsessed with right now. :"D)

A huuuuuuge thanks to our patient and creative photographer and assistant who made my suffering for this costume pay off. <333
