Nothing much to say about Gena, just that she left her home at the age of 10 to live the dream of being a pokemon master. Not that she's very good at it though.. She tries very hard for her pokemon and herself to win as many battles as possible and also learn from them. Aside from being a pokemon master, Gena also likes exploring, seeing new places and people, one other reason she left to travel. Even though Gena is a people's person, she also can be rude, but she doesn't feel that she is :/

Tide (AZUMARILL) ♂ Adamant
Tide was the first member to Gena's team. When Gena turned 10, she could start her journey as a pokemon trainer. Her father decided to give her a pokemon as a gift in the event. Tide the azurill was this pokemon. Gena's father caught Tide in a luxury ball so that her first pokemon will be extra friendly to her. Thanks to that, Tide Gena's best friend of 9 years.

Kidd (MANECTRIC) ♂ Timid
After a week weeks of travelling on her own, she decided that it was time for a new pokemon. She saw an electrike running pass the road as she was on the way to the next town. It was rare to see an electrike around the area, it wasn't their natural habitat. Gena really wanted it as she has never seen a pokemon like it in her 10 years in Johto. She chased it up and down and finally caught it with a surprise attack from a quick ball. Kidd has been with Gena also for 9 years now. Kidd very playful around the team but is very scared and wary around strangers. He was probably a trainer released pokemon when Gena first saw him.

Peanuts (DONPHAN) ♀ Careful
In Gena's first year of travelling, she met Peanuts as she was passing through Mt. Silver Cave. When she found her, Peanuts was heavily injured and poisoned, probably injured by another passing trainer. She caught her with a heal ball as Gena was kinda lost and who knows when she'll find a pokemon centre.

Sanz (HERACROSS) ♂ Impish
Sanz was caught shortly after meeting with Peanuts. Gena was resting under a tree with her team to have lunch when a heracross appears out of nowhere to steal their food. Gena caught Sanz to add to the team and join them for lunch.

Bon (TYPHLOSION) ♀ Modest
Two three years have passed and Gena decides to go home for a quick visit. When she got home, she went around saying hi to all her old friends. Gena's friend who is the son of the daycare couple gave it to her cause someone left it there and never came back to claim the egg. They figured it would be better for the egg to explore the world with Gena than to say cooped up in a house. The egg hatched shortly after she got it. Bon was very small compared to the others so she wasn't used much in battles and she sleeps a lot because of that. Also, she only just evolved into a typhlosion shortly before Gena joined BFOI.

Poop (HONCHKROW) ♂ Serious
Gena was setting up camp when she left her bag at the side.. few murkrows came out from the trees/bushes to try to steal food.. a dusk stone was inside the bag so one of them evolved. Gena wanted to sell the dusk stone and when she realised that one of the murkrows used it, she got pissed and hunted down the honchkrow.. she caught it and then named it poop LOL
