Uh!... That's some personality there!
Ok, lets see the techies. (Like if I were some kind of pro... xD) Ok, the only thing I find strange here, about his physic, is that his arms are a bit too thick. If he joined them, the total width of them would be thicker, at the high regions, than his torso. And that kinda makes for a weird figure since his shoulders are so thin. This is nothing serious at all. The only other thing that is noticeable is the size of his legs being different to one another, with shorts and feet included.
But, I really like that panda, and the shading is good. Cool gift!
(One of the things I wanted to do this passed Christmas was to make some gift drawings. I even wrote a comic! ... No, I didn't ended up doing anything of that.)
