Description This is my very very very first ever attempt at painting on canvas the traditional way. I know it's basic but I'm quite pleased with the result. I really enjoyed it, and am now keen and full of ideas.

well i bought some more larger canvases the other day. maybe it was just that it was such a small canvas that i couldn't let loose.

Great contrast in not only the colors... but the hard strong straight lines and the soft tender feathers!
