What does 'recovery' mean to you?Is it a week on a beach? A nice warm bubble bath by yourself? A two day retreat into the woods?
I know what it means to me.
It was that moment that I decided that being honest was more important than anything. More important than my job. More important than my reputation. More important than myself. In that moment... for me, that was recovery.
