Your blue screen of death has a spelling error on line three.
The way you wrote it, the line should read:
"checked, and repairED or replaced by competent service technicians." (Capitalization provided to show missing letters.)
You also should not have a comma between User and WILL on the next line of text.

I didn't notice the mistakes when I made or uploaded it; when I did, I just didn't bother to re-do it (yet, anyway), because other things came up. Plus, I'm inherently lazy, so it's probably going to be a while.
