They say today's kids are mostly educated by the internet. Sometimes young children turn out to know more than you knew at their age, even when it comes to... things that aren't exactly for kids. As you can see, Nina's already pretty, well, educated.Now in all seriousness: parents, don't let the Internet raise your kids. Talk to them more.
And no, the guy Liz mentions is not David, in case someone asks.

I figured it wasn’t David she was talking about. Just out of curiosity, does Shelley know about David? I know Nina doesn’t, and I’m guessing Liz wants to keep it that way (for now).

1-you know me too well, because I would have made that correlation, but(no pun intended) he mostly implied wanting to do her up the butt not felching(that we know of)
2-which is more surprising that Nina (an 8 year old and an internet kid) possibly knows more sexual acts then Liz( a 20+ year old), or that Liz in the last panel looks kinda proud.

Actually, I'm mostly disgusted by the fact that that kind of sexual act exists. But yeah, the internet shouldn't teach kids about sex. That's what parents are for.
