Dr.Hartman-for openly telling Lois to spike Peter as well as not telling her how long it would have take effect
Lois-for pulling a quagmire on Peter as well as in an public place(giving it the doubt she didn't know how long and thought they would be out of their when it started working)
-over criticisms aside this is a funny comic and suprised they never used this in an episode.

Lois is just about my favorite animated woman! The scene of her in her black bra and panties from the "Road to Rhode Island" episode is one of the hottest things ever drawn. "It's not just the rack or the caboose" as Peter said, it's also her out-there personality. And the red hair.
Francine Smith, who has a better body, runs a close second. One of the best animated musical numbers is when she sings "It's The Worst Thing in the World" in the second Saudi Arabia episode. "I'll bet my last rial . . . "
