Description Ok i decided to do another one of these lists and this time i am understandable here.

Now in case you don't know what an Underrated Cartoon or Show is then let me explain. When something is Underrated, it basically means that the show or cartoon gets vaguely remembered or gets a low quality of hits because something else is taking its place and its no longer in our heads anymore.

For these 10 shows i found, i loved watching them as a kid or a couple of years ago that i just found great. If i reference something from the shows i listed here to my friends they would ether say "What are you talking about?" or "I don't get it........ what was that again?".

So here are my 10 favorite shows i loved watching still to this day that i found that they are underrated and deserves to be recognized again.

10: American Dad - For this show, i know that its popular back then, but now to this day it kinda is but gets to the point where it vaguely gets known. American Dad was one of those shows when Seth knew he did something successful other than Family Guy which he consistently works on all the time. The show in case you don't know, is about almost like Family Guy but instead DONE RIGHT. It actually focuses more on telling actual stories in every episode, rather than random cutaways like *cough, cough* Family Guy in general and some parts of The Cleveland Show.

9: Archer - Here's another show that it was popular back in the day on FX like in 2009 to this day and gets vaguely known. Archer is like a humorous version of a 007 movie and it shows a bunch of potential and off-color comedy. I enjoyed this show when it came on and i still want this show to be mentioned more. Oh and did i tell you guys that the show Bob's Burgers did a skit on one of the Archer episodes? That i found awesome.

8: Space Ghost Coast to Coast - Now in case you guys don't know, I am not a big fan of talk shows like Saturday Night Live or The Tonight Show, but on Adult Swim really changed my point of view when it comes to talk shows. When Space Ghost Coast to Coast came on and when i first saw it, I like changed my mind on what i said about talk shows because this show is priceless! I know that the humor was very dry, and often mundane, but it was also extremely well done, and the celebrity interviews were almost classic. For years, it was the tar that held the roads of Adult Swim together from cracking and I loved every minute of it, i am sad that it is a underrated cartoon though..........

7: Earthworm Jim (The Animated Series) - Ok you guys probably know when back in the late 80's and all of the 90's there were shows that are completely based of popular variety of video games. Some of them are good like Sonic SATaM, some of them are ok like Mega Man that looks like an anime, and some of them are bad like Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm. But if I have to pick one show that is good other then Sonic SATaM, then I most likely have to choose no other then Earthworm Jim. Earthworm Jim used to be popular back in the early 90's and i played the first game and it was GROOVY! The animated show i did not know about till its theme was recommended on my YouTube 4 years ago and the show was once again GROOVY! I know the original Earthworm Jim game was awesome and great, the show though was leaps and bounds better. The humor was sick and twisted with a layer of crudeness that permeated every frame in every episode in each of the 2 seasons it has.

6: Sealab 2021 - This show i found interesting to be honest. Sealab 2021 is known for not only by its slack, off-beat humor and work but also it was based on a forgotten Hanna-Barbera cartoon called Sealab 2020. But debuted along with a whole host of other animated comedies on Cartoon Network back in 2000, but it easily stood out as one of the best. I found this show pretty great and worth a watch.

5: The Tick - Now if you want a comedy superhero cartoon that is actually suitable then The Tick is the shit for you. Despite the fact that the show was funny and all but when you closely watch it, you would see that its more then that. The show is almost forgotten but some of us can still remember it right?

4: The Oblongs - This show i have not known till one of my friends on here mentioned it to me and to tell you guys the truth, I loved it! The characters in this particular show are mostly weird looking especially the main ones. But this show has oblique humor and interesting story line for each of the 32 episodes it brings. Also its now popular to see because of one character, Creepy Susie.

3: Garfield and Friends - Ok this is one of the once good popular cartoons back then in the late 80's to the early 90's but now forgotten cause in the modern generation we vaguely read comic strips on newspapers anymore sometimes. Garfield is one of those cartoon characters that brings light to those papers other then Peanuts or Calvin and Hobbes. Garfield and Friends is the first cartoon tv series to feature BOTH Garfield and U.S. Acres which is Jim Davis's other strip that is rarely shown. The cartoon has everything about Garfield RIGHT unlike The Garfield Show which was ok but could be better and the 2 live action movies which will never be mentioned again.

2: Duckman - This is an obvious choice for this list here, Duckman is one of those shows that airs on a rare basis that later then dies after. The show is Klasky Csupo's first ever AO show to produce and make. Duckman is like Sherlock Holmes but messed up and cant crack a case wide open and the show ran for 3 long years and produced 4 seasons worth watching to an adult audience. Duckman didn't get as much views honestly, this show never lasted long due to its questionable content and truly reprehensible cast of characters, but it did well for itself thanks to a small, yet loyal, legion of fans.

AND FOR NUMBER 1.................

1: Rocko's Modern Life - Ok, here it is! Now, we all know that us true 90's kids know how outstanding Nickelodeon was back then, meaning it was the shit for when it comes to animation and cartoons. There is little doubt that some of the best cartoons of all time came from Nick during the time in the 90's. Both kids and adults could enjoy the shows it brought back then like Doug, CatDog, Ren and Stimpy, hell even Rugrats was the shit but the show i have to mention among the rest is the one of those shows that brought us to love, learn, and understand the realms of modern life its no other then Rocko's Modern Life. The show itself featured some of the most vulgar and satirical humor to ever see or hear in a children’s cartoon, but it did so in a way that the younger viewers was completely unaware of. The thinly-veiled crudeness was just part of the brilliance of the show, though. It was also unbelievably creative and charming, with a roster of memorable characters and storylines. Overall, the show deserves some dedication for what it has brought to us 90's folk and it never be forgotten for what it did back then.

I really enjoyed watching Garfield And Friends when it was on TV.  Lorenzo Music, who was the voice of Garfield, was also the voice of one of the Crash Test Dummies in public service announcements.  I think he was the voice of Larry.

I liked the episode where Garfield bought a lottery ticket, won, and then lost everything when it was revealed he was too young to buy a lottery ticket.

I'll be honest until this year I didn't even know what was Rocko's Modern Life, none of my friends even knew about it and yeah a lot of them knew Rugrats, Ren and Stimpy, Aaaah Real Monsters, Invader Zim, and Chalkzone. But yeah I really love this show it is so funny and to me just feels like a more funnier version of Spongebob because both shows are very close to each other in quality and so on.

Rocko's Modern Life is an amazing show! Occasionally, I'll catch re-runs of it on TeenNick's The Splat.
