Here it is, The fourth batch of my Echo Fighter ideas, this time focusing on the 9 Melee Newcomers that needed to be unlocked in order to be playable.

18. Dr. Mario --> 18ε. Dr. Luigi (Art By MutationFoxy) - A reference to how the regular plumber-suited Mario Bros. had almost exactly the same moveset in the original Super Smash Bros. Luigi finally got into the doctor's game about 23 years after Dr. Mario debuted, so he should be included in Super Smash Bros., with almost the exact same moveset as Ultimate's Dr. Mario, but with L-shaped Megavitamins, some of Luigi's unique moves like Green Missile. And maybe a different Final Smash from Dr. Mario.

19. Pichu --> 19ε. Emolga - Pichu has a reputation as one of the worst characters in Super Smash Bros. And while an Echo wouldn’t be able to fix that, why not add in a slightly more effective Pikachu clone as Pichu's Echo Fighter? I think Emolga would be a shocker because its not only a Generation V Pokémon, but a dual-type Electric/Flying Pokémon. Emolga CANNOT damage itself with electric attacks like Pichu, but it still has an unfortunate drawback. Emolga's Up Special, Acrobatics allows it to glide & discharge electricity, but in a first for Smash, Emolga actually gets a stat buff after eating which wouldn't be a bad thing on paper, but due to its tendency to stuff its cheeks with food, Emolga will not be able to fly properly. Therfore, Emolga's Up Special loses power if the "Stats After Eating" buff is in effect.

20. Falco --> 20ε. Fay - In a similar vein to Fox & Miyu, Fay, another female from Star Fox 2, joins as Falco's Echo Fighter. As with Miyu, Fay pilots an Interceptor-Class Arwing, much faster than other models, but lacking in defense. Therefore, Fay would be a faster but weaker version of Falco. Also, Fay's animations are more refined & polite than Falco's, reflecting her personality in Star Fox 2.

21. Marth --> 51. Lucina (21ε) - Already a thing, so no need to elaborate.

22. Young Link --> 22ε. Saria - She is Link's childhood friend from his years in the Kokiri Forest. She's also the Forest Sage, so her moveset should have her wield the Kokiri Sword & the Deku Shield during combat & to compensate for a lack of Young Link's arsenal, use magic like Zelda who is the leader of the Seven Sages in Ocarina Of Time. For her Final Smash, Saria teleports to the background of the stage & get out her Fairy Ocarina to play Saria's Song. This variation summons the other Sages... Rauru, Darunia, Ruto, Nabooru, & even the Ocarina Of Time versions of Impa & Zelda. The Seven Sages then use a variation of Zelda's Final Smash, Triforce Of Wisdom, utilizing the Triforce Of Courage.

23. Ganondorf --> 23ε. Black Shadow - Going back to what I said about Blood Falcon being a more appropriate Echo Fighter for Captain Falcon than Black Shadow, Here he is, Black Shadow as an Echo Fighter of Ganondorf. Virtually the same moveset as Ganondorf in Ultimate, but with Captain Falcon's Smash Attacks since Black Shadow doesn't carry a sword. Also, a unique Final Smash that has Black Shadow summon his F-Zero vehicle, Black Bull.

24. Mewtwo --> 24ε. Shadow Mewtwo (Art By MutationFoxy) - An alternate form of Mewtwo created when it absorbed the energy of the Shadow Synergy Stone, This Echo Fighter would be perfect for representing Pokkén Tournament. All the same primary Special Moves as Mewtwo, but with the unique attribute of being chargeable & slowly dealing damage/draining HP when used at full strength. For it's Final Smash, Shadow Mewtwo uses its Burst Attack from Pokkén Tournament, Dark Nova, in all its cinematic glory.

25. Roy --> 66. Chrom (25ε) - Already a thing, so no need to elaborate.

26. Mr. Game & Watch --> 26ε. Mite - Crazy Idea calling back to Super Smash Bros. Brawl... And Its Subspace Emissary Mode. Mites resemble Mr. Game & Watch in terms of movement & stance. So have a Mite as an Echo Fighter of Mr. Game & Watch. The playable Mite in question is Grey-colored & roughly the same size, not only able to copy Mr. Game & Watch's moves, but has a few unique moves incorporating the smaller Red, Yellow, & Green Mites. For its Final Smash, the Mite takes a page from Piranha Plant's Final Smash, dissolving into Shadow Bugs, which then form into Duon.
