Wow, I haven't done one of these in a while! XDDD
Okay, so I will do more of the "Hamilton" ones, but I wanted to do this one first
So here's Dipper as Evan Hansen
I can just picture him singing the songs and acting out the parts. I can see the whole cast of "Gravity Falls" doing this musical too. I'm most likely going to do more of these as well as the "Hamilton" ones
Actually, why stop there? I could do a whole SERIES of musicals that the characters could do!!!! Oh my god!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually yeah, Robbie is Connor, then his parents play Connor's parents, Pacifica plays his sister, and some of the other characters including Mabel play Evan's other friends. I just need someone to play Dipper's Mom.

Well closest thing I can think of is Stan maybe? Like gender's aside, I can see Stan being really busy with running the shack that he ends up unintentionally neglecting Dipper, like Evan's mom does to him. And then the whole thing about Evan's dad leaving, if you switch some things about a bit, maybe you could use Ford?

Musical's do that kind of thing all the time. Like for example, in "Newsies", the reporter in the movie version was a guy, while in the stage show, it's a woman.

But yeah imo, as long as the persons race or gender doesn't directly tie into the plot of the story, I say switch as many things around as you want.
