I never realized you watched that show. I watch it to. Love it. My only qualm is him transforming into a half troll at the end there. I think it sends the wrong message. Change who you are and all that jazz. Didn’t sit well with me. But I suppose it could be taken as a different lesson from another angle. Like, everything changes, it’s a part of life and growing up. I don’t know, it just bothers me. Other than that the shows spectacular.

I never saw it like that honestly. I saw it like there are somethings you have to change to move forward -like growing up- where sometimes it out of our hands or we make a choice we know we'll never come back from. That's how I saw it at least. I see your point though and I heard not many others liked it as well but my other perspective is like Jim is that hero the protagonist looks up to Jim could be a mentor and help the next protagonist of their story. Granted that's just me.
But yes I love this show very much ^^

Yeah, I figured that was what they were going for. I don’t mind it that way, but maybe they could’ve executed it a little better to emulate what they were trying to show. But oh well, not every show is going to give you what you want. Sometimes you just gotta let it tell the story it wants to tell you.
