hahaha True, but the Dash/Danny dynamic already exists as a bully/prey sort of thing, and Danny just hates him. The difference here is that Danny probably actually kind of admires Wes for being able to put it together! And I think they'd be similar enough in personality that it's kind of like if you had a REALLY great best friend that you know you treat like a sibling: bugging the crap out of them! It's just a totally different, lighter dynamic!

That is very true. Another aspect I love. Danny have this respect for him that is basically like siblings (well sometimes. I wont hide the act I ship them even if it's not my OTP). There is so much story arcs that can be made from them, establishing rivalry, growing use to one another, pulling tricks, learning from one another, mural grounds.

hahaha I would totally imagine they are like siblings... Like, they have this "I'mma pick on you just cuz" element that's more light-hearted even when Wes doesn't think so. XD And it's so true! I think that's why everyone has grown to love Wes! As far as I'm concerned, I would absolutely accept him and his antics as part of the canon story! (Especially since I, like Wes, have often wondered just how oblivious everyone in Danny's universe has to be not to see the similarities! I MEAN COME ON!!!! FENTON AND PHANTOM! IT'S NOT EVEN THAT HARD! 
So I think that Wes is essentially the "insert self" character we have all wanted and needed. <3 I LOVE WES. (Also, even though his name is based off the joke from Sam's ring, I think Wes Weston is actually a really fitting name for him! And I love the idea that his dad is the "wishin' for riches" guy! XD)

haha It's so true... I mean, Wes is probably the most realistic character anyone and everyone in this phandom has come up with (and most likely because SOME form of him exists in canon, but he's just an extra there, so we wanted to fluff him out a bit)
He really would be an excellent character, and now I'm kind of wishing he'd been in the original show... ESPECIALLY since Fairly Odd Parents has Crocker, and Wes would have been kinda like that... C'mon Butch, you already knew how to give us Crocker! WE NEED WES!

well in the bases of Wes he's trying expose Danny that he's Phantom but no one ever believes him to added to that for some (like me) Danny trolls Wes daily because Wes is always doing that so he's getting a little payback by annoying him.
