So two weeks ago I posted a drawing for Mothers Day,the 10th of March and the drawing itself was the birth of Lenny and Carl's twins, Isak and Danni Carlson Leonard, but the day I wanted them to be born was the 23rd of February but I was going through a really hard time emotionally so I just couldn't do it but then I decided to try drawing it in March and I did it and I posted it. I really wanted to celebrate the one month anniversary of them on the day they would turn a month old if they were born on the 23rd of February. And yes, this is a day late but that's mostly got to do with me not having as much free time as I did when I was doing this with Helga. But it's done and out now so let's just start talking about the twins already.

So I had just created my Carlenny child, Helga and I was really happy with her. I've always liked the idea of fankid ocs and creating children for your favourite characters and ships and it gave me a lot of creative opportunities and ideas that I could explore with the family dynamics and relationships between my characters and the canon characters from The Simpsons. I had thought about making a second child for Lenny and Carl after I drew Helga for the first time but I kept my ideas to myself and waited a little while so I could devote time to making more art and telling stories with Helga, one of the little stories I wanted to do with her was having her become a big sister and so I started planning ahead with a drawing. I decided to have Lenny be pregnant with twins as it was a idea a few people recommend to me ever since I did my first pregnant Lenny drawing and I really liked the idea myself too, like how cute would it be if Lenny and Carl had two little identical babies who look like them crawling around?! too cute to resist!! So I started doing more art of Lenny and Carl expecting their second kids and I decided they would have two little boys. I did do the birth drawing a little late due to my aforementioned emotional state at the time but I posted it on Mothers Day so it could still be special. And so Isak Carl Jr Carlson Leonard and Danni Lenny Jr Carlson Leonard were born and brought into the world! ❤

Now I'm still recovering from and trying to heal what has happend to me emotionally and I do not wish to share any details about it but I will admit it's why I've barely done any drawings of Isak and Danni so far. Once I get better I'll maybe have more drawings and stories about them in store but we'll see. For now, I'm just going to live in the moment and enjoy what I've created.
