Carrie & Devin- This deserves to be on this list because these characters are cute together. The whole concept of "lifelong opposite-gender best friends inevitably seeing one friend develop feelings for the other" is definitely something that's more common, but rarely talked about, in teenage society, and thus could really use the Total Drama treatment. Eventually, it finally did start to move in one clear, linear path once the reveal of Shelley cheating on Devin came about, and that was kind of an improvement...but even then, the running gag of Devin just going through the five stages of grief quickly got old and offered only a handful of laughs here and there, but I still have hope for these two to be together.

Jasmine & Shawn- Definitely the most interesting couple I've seen in this franchise. The first time I heard about it, I thought it was some sort of crack couple, however, the moment I stopped to think about it, it made perfect sense. They're both survivalist experts and rugged individualists, who can each learn from each other while admiring each other at the same time. That literally makes perfect sense. And what's even better about them, what makes them more realistic and thus more rewarding, is the rough patch that they went through when Jasmine briefly hated Shawn. That rockiness makes this couple less Disney-ish and more realistic when they finally overcome their misunderstandings and blossom into a beautiful, but not overblown, relationship towards the end of the season.

Gwen & Trent- A great source of drama, heartbreak, and forgiveness, these two are really cute together. They may have been tested a few times, but they managed all of the mistakes they have made throughout the first season and the finale made it even better when they started going out. It was sad about their break up in TDA, but it is still nice to see them as friends again in TDWT, and I would like them to go out again soon, because that would be nice.

Cody & Sierra- I know a few people can be CodyxGwen fans (which I think is cute), I think this relationship is adorable! And it was nice to see Cody getting a love plot in TDWT (even if he doesn't feel the same for Sierra), and as far the season went with these two, it gotten a lot strong on Cody's part with him actually accepting her as a good friend near the end. I would like to see this develop in the future.

Owen & Izzy- Hilarious couple. I swear, I never saw their epic hook-up (and subsequent temporary break-up) in "Hook, Line, and Screamer." It was awesome. I also like the whole idea of it always being on/off, on/off, on/off, over and over again. Sometimes, you have to wonder if they're actually a couple. And I also think that's it tragic how, just as they were becoming an official couple once again, and probably for good. As you can imagine, I was devastated when they broke up in TDWT. But, now that Izzy's back to "normal" again, I have high hopes that she and the big guy will get back together soon.

Alejandro & Heather- It was obvious from the start. Yes, Heather is an evil witch, and totally needed a man. It didn't initially seem obvious, until the Theme Song. Then we were thinking: "Could it be?" And then, the hints finally started appearing. The first truly obvious one was in the Alps, and even stronger in the next episode, the Amazon. From then on out, we all knew what we had on our hands: A brand new, villain/villain, love-hate relationship. Seriously, though: Two of the most evil characters on the show, together. They were often love-hate towards each other during the season, but that was all part of the game. I'm sure that, post-TDWT and without the worry of a competition, they would love each other passionately, just as they should. Although it was a bit rockier in TDAS, at least it ultimately ended with them clearly together, thus proving that they do truly love each other outside of the competition.

Mike & Zoey- I'm going to get a lot of hate for this, but I like this couple! Their being together for so long allowed for so much cute, flirty, and funny interaction that makes it a great couple without too much overdose of lovey-dovey feelings. From seasons 4 and 5, I enjoy their development together. And it is one of the most cutest couples I've see on the show. (And if you are not a fan of these too, I will respect your opinion)

Dave & Ella- This was only for a short time, but I think this is one of the cutest pairings I've seen on TD. I think Dave deserves Ella more than Sky, because she is more kind and prettier than Sky. As brief as this couple, and the subsequent love triangle was, I just found their interactions to be very cute overall...and Dave's rejection of Ella, while incredibly sad, was also realistic because, unlike SOME COUPLES, this love triangle didn't drag on forever and ever. All it took was a quick, "Sorry, I don't like you," from Dave, and Ella got the hint, but still managed to leave with dignity. Since Dave and Sky will obviously never work out, I'd love to see Dave and Ella get together. She's obviously a much nicer girl who wouldn't treat Dave like a total puppet.

Duncan & Gwen- Again, I'm gonna get a lot of hate for this, but I love this couple more than Duncney for a few reasons, 1. They have a lot of similarities. And 2. THE FEMALE IS NOT A STUCK-UP BIT*H! And I always knew they'd make a great couple. I knew that they were made for each other. I loved when the idea of them hooking up was first brought up in TDA, and only even more strongly hinted throughout TDWT. LOVED their first kiss and all of the drama surrounding it. I loved to see that both were firm in their beliefs, particularly Duncan, who stood strong against Courtney and remained true and loyal to Gwen.

AND MY #1 FAVORITE TOTAL DRAMA COUPLE IS:
Noah & Emma- In my opinion, I think this couple is a little bit like Duncney, but a lot better! It was nice to see Noah have this kind emotion with someone and IT WAS WRITTEN PERFECTLY! It was also a perfect match with Emma, with them both being booksmart, strict, occasionally sarcastic/snarky, and ultra-competitive/over-achieving. Their adorable interactions as they both gradually realized their feelings for each other, all the while nudged along by both Kitty and Owen, all created some of the most adorable moments in the entire season. It was perfectly acceptable in the end, because this couple was and is AMAZING.
