Description
This is somewhat of a sketchdump of Darkwing Duck. On the top we have Darkwing and Gosalyn in their new designs next to them is Drake Mallard. On the bottom are Darkwing springing into action and next to him is my revamped version of Isis vanderchill.
Before you ask, Isis is a character from the old darkwing show. In this new version she was once an awkward and meekly scientist of the New Quackmore Institute of Art, Culture, and Science and was on the verge of a scientific breakthrough, freezing living things which survive after being thawed with an ice serum. Its worked so far on bugs and lab rats, but hasn't used it on a duck; with the threat of funding being taken away, Isis with the help of an assistant tested it on herself. However, the serum had a negative and it froze her blood, dropped her body temp below zero, and turned her whole body blue.
She woke up in a morgue (due to her cold body she was believed to be dead) and sees the damage that has been done to her. She wears gloves in order to keep herself from freezing things and turns to a life of crime, but instead of robbing banks or taking over the world, she steals chemicals in order to cure herself

UPDATE: I've decided that my version of Icy's voice actor will be Erica Luttrell (Sapphire (Garnet) (Steven Universe))
(I had a difficult time picking the perfect voice actors for Icy and Splatter, but I FINALLY picked the perfect ones)
