This guy has appeared in the donkey kong series ever since Donkey Kong country trilogy on Snes and Donkey Kong land on gameboy and Donkey Kong 64 on....well, nintendo 64.And then he appeared in few Donkey Kong spin offs and his last appearance in Mario super slugger.
When Donkey Kong country returns and tropical freeze were released they haven't brought back K Rool or the Kremlings at all.I could guess because Rareware who created the early Donkey kong games in the 90's and after Microsoft bought the company, they don't make Donkey Kong games anymore and all the avoidance of the Kremlings in Returns and Tropical freeze is just sad. It's like having a Mario game but without Bowser or enemies that related to the Mario series. (And no Super Mario Bros 2 doesn't count cause it's a re-skin to Doki Doki Panic)
It's been 10 years since we haven't seen K Rool, except for smash as a trophy and a mii costume. Which is something got me. Inklings had a mii costume on 3DS/Wii U and then they appeared in smash ultimate. Does this mean that King K Rool is also confirms as a newcomer? I hope so. Much like Ridley and the rest of the characters that they want to see in smash bros, he's also a really highly requested character.
If Ridley can be in smash bros, then so does the big Crock himself. And now that the Super smash bros ultimate direct is on the way, it make us think that he's coming back after 10 years.
