Something I made for Tumblr, I decided to post here on DA. I literally skipped sleep just to make this, and I don't regret it!
It's been a long time since I made anything LEGO related, and The Lego Movie was three years ago! I never lost my interest for the franchise, new things just got in the way (like Sausage Party, Shopkins, and especially Disney). It took The Lego Batman Movie to motivate me again.Β
Not only that, the film made me love Batman again. And I now actually have love for Joker. (Seriously, I HATED that @$$hole in previous versions! Back then when Batman: The Animated Series was on Cartoon Network, I seriously wished he could die, especially with the way he treated Harley Quinn in that version). I'll be clear with you guys: all of DC's recent movies suck (most of Marvel's too), and I considered Batman a bad guy.
But with The Lego Batman Movie, this is the ONE version I believe in, and it was everything I wanted in a Batman film! Including the true BFF friendship between Joker and Harley Quinn in it!
And Robin. Teen Titans Go version has NOTHING on this one. He's so sweet it gives me cavities! Β
What I especially love about this version at Batman: the bad guys are considered "Gotham family". Despite being enemies, they always take a moment to appreciate Batman, including his son.

Well, if you think the Joker in the other versions are bad. How about the way he tortured Robin in the Batman Beyond movie?

That's why I started thinking no matter what new Batman movie there is, he'll always be pure evil. And Batman will always let me down with every new piece he's in.Β
Until THIS movie popped into my life and showed me a kind that has me love both unconditionally now.Β

Remember Age of Ultron and Ant-Man that takes place after it? If people can hate Stark and especially the heroes of SHEILD for "screwing over", when is the problem going to be approached?
Don't get me wrong, I loved Doctor Strange. But I feel like they're more focused on introducing characters that actually moving the plot along. I do not CARE about Thor 3, nor did Iron Man need a sequel either.Β
