How did you do the heart cut out? I'm very new at painting with acrylics on canvas and I decided to do something original but inspired Tara Mcpherson and in my painting there's a woman with a circular hole cut out acting as her mouth. I'm having a hard time making it look 3D, or with south like your heart cut out.
Any suggestions?

You have to let it more profile with the head facing perhaps slightly more !!!
