Stock Rules

Teir 1: Free Use

What it is used for:
- Personal works and/or commissions that are sold for less than $30USD.
- Reference for Traditional and digital paintings. The whole image, or parts of the image may be used however you like.
- Photomanipulation that includes the blending of two or more images or significant altering of the original.

Rules:

- Credit to Cascade--Studios must be in the artist's description on DA, and ON the image for anything used outside of DA.
- Please upload to DA and show me what you did! I love to see work other people create with my images. For photomanipulation, please do significant editing. Simple cropping, adding filters, adding words, etc, does not count.
- Photomanipulation: Must have some form of manipulation and blending of more than one image. This does not include basic filters/cropping/adding words/etc. I want to see you do something with it.
- Please do not redistribute, or claim as own.
- No pornographic use.

Teir 2: Paid Use

What it is used for:
- For commissions and other projects that are sold for more than $30USD.
- Personal or commissioned photomanipulations that will be used outside of DA and will not include credit on the image.
- Photos that are used outside of DA that only include minor edits (cropping/filters/adding words/etc). This typically includes images that are used on personal websites or on RP forums.

Rules:

- Credit does not have to be on the image, but I would appreciate it if you credited me in the artist's description if uploaded to DA. I still would love to see what you did!
- Please do not redistribute, or claim as own.
- No pornographic use.

Teir 3: Large Scale Commercial Use

What it is used for:

- For use on magazine/book covers/logos/marketing/etc. Basically anything that will be mass-produced, or will otherwise make a large profit, or be used as a marketing tool. Please contact me for prices, as well as terms and conditions.
