I'm really digging this. I love your style. I think my favorite area is in the waist. All the overlapping elements with the added drop-shadows really bring out the cut-paper feel.

I can really see a character like this animated. Not as something fluid, but maybe done in flash to look like a paper cut-out doll with hinged joints.
