Elizabeth: well, it's kind of complicated, as we can phase through solid material, and can turn into mist when traveling faster than usual. But with enough training, we can be able to hold anything in contact with us, or interact with other things. Add to that, we can show ourselves to Mortals when we please, and with enough strength, can posses mortals too.
The closest thing I'll say, is we're ethereal mist.

Elizabeth: no, it's the complete opposite, when we phase through mortals, we unintentionally give them cold chills down their spines. As for Vengeful Spirits, if we phase through them, or vice versa, we'd feel all sorts of agonizing thoughts, as Vengeful Spirits are adamant to make Anyone feel the pain they did in life.

Claudie: well, you'd be surprised. Not a lot of (admittedly stupid) youngsters don't know much of Gracey Castle's tragic history, nor willing to. All the media today has painted us in a very negative lighting, which poisons the minds of impressionable Children. You'd be surprised on the number of Vandalism Our Castle gets yearly, we had to recently repair the Conservatory after a Brick, taped with a bible verse was thrown into the glass, poor Sir Fredrick was heartbroken that his petunias were crushed because of it.

Claudie: *sighs*where do I begin with that. Probably the worst case... Was when a group of Religious teens, wrecked and spray painted on the Graves of the many children buried here. Lillian came to me in a panicked manner, as someone smashed her grave with a sledge hammer, it triggered her PTSD(as you know... Lillian herself was Axed in the head by her father in life.) She was crying hysterically. Luckily, Madame Leota was Able to reconstruct the Graves with a bit of magic.
