Dr. Victor Frankenstein. Or Vic, was a mad scientist in life. He's one of the many residents of Phantasmagoria. He's one of the head teachers of the necromancy class at Shooting Star academy.

He used to Date Chelse(www.deviantart.com/caseythecre… ) but broke up with them, when he started to get confused on what Chelse's gender was. They're still friends though.

His character design was deeply inspired by the gothic art of my dear friend LavenderCorpses , so shout out to her 😃
