Description One of the Many Ghosts haunting Gracey Manor.

She's a famous japanese Ghost, though not one of urban legend or ghost story, but rather from a painting made by the 18th century artist, Maruyama Okyo. The painting itself was called "The Ghost of Oyuki."

She was a Geisha working at the Tominaga geisha house in Otsu city, located in modern-day Shiga prefecture.

She was Okyo's mistress, however unfortunately, she died young.

Okyo mourned her death, and one night, her Ghost appeared to him in a dream. Okyo couldn't get her out of his head. It would eventually inspire him to paint the painting now known as "The Ghost of Oyuki."

During the Tenpo Reforms in the early 19th century, Her and other Yurei-zu paintings had been collected by Elizabeth Gracey to keep them (and by extension, the spirits dwelling within them.) safe after they were deemed banned for being too "Morally dubious"

Okuyi's painting along several others are hung in a museum-like room in Gracey Manor that acts like a shrine as well.

Replicas of the originals were given to the living as a means hide the haunted nature of the originals.

Due to being the most iconic and famous Yurei-zu painting, the other painting ghosts respect her to a great extent.
