My mannnnns.
He’s very laid back and doesn’t care about much. As you can see, these blue rings around his wrists and ankles are filled with -water- . He cannot stay above the ocean for too long, so I had solved that. These rings, help his body absorb the water as he also refills these daily. So he really does have good amounts of water to store.
His goggles on his head, are also needed because he is blind once he gets underwater. So obviously instead of glasses, he uses goggles for his homeland.
His personality, is a mix of Scourge and Shadow. Like I said, laid back. But can also be snarky and puts in his two senses at times. But he’s super cool.
And I just think he’s neat🌊💕
