Hi,
I dont know what version you are using, but i just downloaded the latest one..
You can change the color of the object by double clicking on Speed Gradient and opening up another color gradient...
Once you render it, you can save it using SAVE AS, then when you open that file it will show up with the gradient you chose for it....
Each time you do a NEW picture you will have to reset the gradient back from its default, but your saved one should have the gradient you selected...

The Chaoscope site [link]
has a manual and tutorials that can help you a lot.. but for the most part experimentation is the best policy....

Hope this helps!!

Larger Renders?
Thanks For The Favorites.

Casperium In reply to wilder3 [2005-05-23 05:19:56 +0000 UTC]

well the default is 640x480, but you can change it to larger sizes. HOWEVER once rendered large it looked horrible, I finally found a tutorial that explained that you had to increase by a factor the Iterations from say 2million to 20million, it increases the render time but the large 1024x768 render then looks beautiful and not grainey...
