Here is another digital photograph experiment I made on photobucket.com with the same cover magazine image of Party Poison (Gerard Way). I was looking at different types of things you could do to an image or photograph when I found the affect of neon and played with it. It looked amazing to me after applying it to the image, and decided to keep it.
