I guess it didn't happen much in Z, but in the original DB when goku was a kid king piccolo spat out the current piccolo as a big green drooly egg that flew over the mountains and away~ Although, namekians are really more like plants I guess, they live on water and sunlight and only have one gender and self reproduce o3o
