Soon as I saw 's open collab , this idea was born. I think Wild Side's been in hospitals so much over the course of his life thanks to his constant thrill-seeking and near death experiences, he's probably on a first-name basis with the doctors and nurses in the hospital of the town he grew up in. I could see him and Nurse Bitchin which is the best name ever btw being friendly if they met. Probably asking about life and if she's gotten any new piercings. Wild used to have a few buuuut they tend to get ripped out by his animals so he doesn't wear them anymore.

I edited the blank pony base out because Wild Side doesn't fit that body type. Nor do most of my pones when I stop to think about it. Huh.
