Done in Open CanvasThe supposingly Junk Series 21... Anyway, I've been busy packing up all my stuff and breaking my back in the process so this is just a quickie I did just before I fly home tomorrow...
I'm still in some kind of a HP frenzy at the moment... but this is quite a depressing pic really... it's suppose to be the part where James die when dueling with Voldemort... I felt sorry for James as he never get to see his son grown up, but I guess he died happy because he died trying to save the ones he loved....
Urgh I'm all depress and stuff now.... apologies about the messy-ness and all.... don't have much time to touch it up....

You know, when I looked at this without reading your notes on it, I was convinced this was a picture of Harry, after the final battle. Knowing what it took for him to win, looking out at his loved one(s). Of course I was also imagining a battle more like the battles of old yore to go with this picture and Draco looking back at Harry in a similar state, and went to look through your pictures if there's a Draco art to go with it
In any case, this art is wonderful -- the injuries, the green, that look in his eyes... perfect. Especially the green. Very fitting for both the last minute before death and the minutes after battle (which explains my mistake.)

I love it... But my only issue is that he had no time to get all bloody and beat up like that... It was a one-spell defeat... Not even really worth calling a "duel", since James left his wand in the other room... But it's wonderful, otherwise...
