I recall looking at this picture and thinking that it was one of the best pictures of Squall I've ever seen. So out of admiration, I showed it to my boyfriend, who's extremely difficult to please when it comes to art, and as a matter of fact, adamently hates most of the stuff I show him that people I know have drawn. He's so picky >.> But anyway, he looked at it and said it was the best picture of Squall he's ever seen. o___o
And I'll admit that, for something labelled as "junk," it is awfully gorgeous. It's soft and not too overbearing in the subject matter, and the background is nice and light and .. well, just not too much. ^__^
