Description
A lich is a powerful magician who has transformed himself into an undead creature to achieve immortality. In Adventure Time, the Lich is a powerful necrotic creature and a major antagonist, featured in several episodes.The Lich was not meant to be funny but he sure is pretty cool.

And terrifying. Still, I have to admit he is easily the best villain they've come up with. Best part is that they can easily bring him back to threaten the world as many times as they want without straining suspension of disbelief. Anybody who knows anything about the fantasy genre knows that liches are a pain in the ass to kill permanently, and in the show they have yet to give him a true weakness.....aside from warm fuzzy feels. That doesn't kill him though. Makes you think doesn't it?

I read somewhere that the Lich's design was based on that character. I haven't seen the movie but they look a lot alike. Thanks for your comment, glad you like it

yeah i saw the black cauldron years earlier, i think its more of a homage to the horned king since not many payed attention to the movie sadly.))
