Work in progress of a new Final Fantasy drawing....! It has been a while, don't you think? I have drawn my first Final Fantasy portrait alkost 11 years ago... holy crap. I am getting old.
FFXV is a great game. Definitely not the best in the series, but the graphics and characters are fun.
Sorry for the low quality image of Prompto. It was taken with my phone. Didn't bother to take a scan, because I couldn't stop drawing...! Which is a good sign.
I first finish the skintones before heading on to drawing his hair. Mostly done with nechanical pencils = being able to create more details = useful for texture.
Now patiently waiting for the FFVII remake... *taps fingers*

It's incredible! How do you do all this texture? And those glints on the skin, is it a white pen or what? I can never figure out how to do those tiny flecks of light on people's skin when I draw traditionally((

It's usually a white pastel pencil or eraser (that's how I do it)
