And... something went wrong again. I uploaded this thing again. Sorry!Misha Collins as Castiel, also known as creepy guy in my avatar.
3rd sketch of my Supernatural sketch series.
From all the photos I have of Castiel I chose the one which looks the least like the character. Why? Beats me. I liked the angle and the puzzled look on his face, while Castiel is mostly known for his "unimpressed" gaze.
Or maybe it's just Misha with one of his many faces. Either way, I'm glad this sketch is done.
So far I made A5 sketches of...
Dean Winchester - drawn in Black / White
Ruby - drawn in Purple / Pink
Castiel - drawn in Red / Mahogany BrownThis was a tough one! It took me about 3 hours to draw. Used HB + 2B for the outlines, and 6 coloured van Gogh pencils:
- Flesh Tint
- Scarlet
- Madder Lake Deep
- Perm. red Purple
- Indian Red
- Vandyke Brown
I get the impression Dean & Ruby don't trust Castiel all that much.
Tomorrow is my 5th deviantART birthday so I guess I'll update my journal about the contest then.

i think it looks like him. just because the colors you used you can't tell how gorgeous his eyes really are. not to say i don't like the colors you used just on the show his incredible eyes are what stands out the most.

I do have to agree that I enjoy this expression much much more than Cas's *unamused* expression.
SPN season 4 came out her in the US this passed Tuesday and my mom and I have been worshiping it since, lol.
