It's beautiful but it's disturbing if you think about it.

Oh woops! I looked at it again under better lighting. Originally, I thought it was a super nova going off in the background, and the picture is pretty but lightyears a way a whole solar system could have been annihilated.

It looks good, but I don't see any asteroids. Let alone a spaceship. Also, the nebula is producing a lot of bright light and yet the atmosphere on both planets doesn't seem to be affected by it. Maybe just a little bit on the lower one. You have a bright red light but the blue planet remains all blue.
The texture on the big far planet looks amazing though! And I love the small planet/moon in front as it gives the composition more depth. I like that you kept the starfield simple and didn't overuse the noise filter.
Overall, I think this is a great piece that maybe if you work a little bit more on it could turn into something amazing.
P.S: I still can't find the asteroids or that spaceship! @_@

Thank you for your comment .. about the light from nebula...you are right i need to fix that...the asteroids are something small on the lower left side above the planet ...and the spaceship is in the middle of picture ("flying" in the atmosphere of the lower planet)
